These devices are usually worn on the body, often as wrist/chest bands, eye frames, smartwatches, or patches. They collect data which can include heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), Electrodermal Activity (EDA), sleep patterns, eye tracking, bodily movements, fitness indicators, calories burned, and more.
